B) How the scheme works in a nutshell - you fill out questionnaires, send documents, pay depending on the selected service tariff and you are on the platform, and invite investors to take a look at your company. The list of standard documents for filling (forms) download here -

Our platform is informational, or brokerage. No money passes through us, you communicate with the investor through us, which I think will be preferable for you. Of course, you need to fill out the questionnaires, since you fill out these questionnaires at the tax office hundreds of times more often, then this is not difficult for you. C) The cost of the service of submission to the platform is indicated in the tariffs. This is a one-time payment for processing and filing documents and posting on the platform for investors. The placement period is 90 days. Placing information in 2 languages, Russian and English. The cost of success rewards should be agreed with your broker. Standard remuneration 7%.

D) We ask clients of the platform for submission in addition to the questionnaires
more necessary documents - an investment deck for investors. (Legal documents and accounting records by default). The need for these documents is due to the requirement for information disclosure for investors and a quick decision by the investor, based on the verification of these documents. The mandatory list of investment deck documents includes:
1. Teaser of the project with a description of the project;
2. Well thought out financial model for 7 years ahead Comments on the financial model with explanations of all the ratios;
3. Memorandum of attracting funds to the project in Russian and English (preferably);
4. Video clip of the project;
5. Modified site;
6. Photos of an existing production or product or service;
7. Basic offers of financing to the investor;

9. Description of the project team (available on the project website or in the presentation).
The sequence of offering your project to investors occurs through all Internet channels, including, but not limited to - special conferences with investors in Russian, English, direct advertising and direct offer.
