Процедура аккредитации инвестором на платформе трех факторная. Первоначально, вы заполняете простую заявку на сайте компании, где указываете ваши данные. После первичной обработки этих данных с вами связывается наш менеджер, с которым вы проведете короткую беседу и ознакомите с деталями вашего опыта или опыта вашей компании по инвестициям. После такой беседы, вам останется, только выслать документы в сканированном виде подтверждающие ваш статус, как компании. Также в соответствии с законами РФ, мы запросим у вас необходимые документы для оформления на вас акций, которые вы планирует приобретать через платформу, если сделка будет с акциями российских компаний. Если вы будете приобретать акции из других стран, то соответствующие документы вашей компании по праву этих стран. Мы хотим выстроить самую эффективную работу с инвесторами и настроены что бы права инвесторов и акционеров были соблюдены на самом высшем уровне.
